The water distribution tube may well be gone, people didn't always realise how important they were. Having said that I'm sure VPW will sell you another one any day they are open. Wouldn't disagree with jon but I've only seen steel ones.
As for the fan shrouds, they were only fitted on late 3/4 tons and onwards, I have the chassis number somewhere in the Master Parts List but those shrouds wouldn't fit a 1/2 ton anyway.
I'd opt for a recored radiator and a new distribution tube I think.
