Sorry Guys, had to put in my 2 cents. Do NOT reuse freon tanks. I worked in the Engineering Dept of a major manufacturer of these tanks. They are designed to be used once and thrown away. The pressure and temp of freon weaken the steel. Most have non-refillable valves on them for a reason. They may last a couple times but they will give out. Hope I helped, I'd hate to see anyone get hurt.
