I would like to thank those of you who continue to share your boundless knowledge and experience with others via this page.
This forum is essential to those of us who didn't grow up with a wrench in our hands, but who strive to restore these fine machines for another lifetime of use. I have always had helpful responses to my inquiries, and I've benefitted from reading the responses to others' questions as well. Your selfless assistance frequently comes at times when I am overwhelmed or discouraged. Your sage advice uplifts the spirit as well as the vehicle.
I was greatly disturbed by the direction of recent posts. You have restored my faith in this forum and in my fellow man. I only hope my efforts are worthy of the machine and of this fine fraternity. Keep the flame burning!
