NO, it will not simply bolt on because the frame rails on a M-37 are a few inches closer together than the frame rails on a old 1 ton Power Wagon. If you really, really want to do it, anything is possible with severe modifications, time, effort and $$$$. But finding a M-37 winch and bumper assembly to install on a M-37 will be much easier on both you and the truck.
