I am in the process of putting WM300 metal on a 77 W-300.
I am in NJ. Where are you? I would be happy to share notes.
This can be a bear of a project. My W300 has a 400 motor which
makes things a bit cramped. I have learned lots of things about this.
I will try to recall and write them up.
