I think your "king pins" are the same as my m-37. If so, all you need are new bushings (upper), bearings (lower) and the cups, or races, to go with them. It's not hard. You can probably re-shim, but if it's bad enough to feel without dissasembly, they probably need replacing. I got my bushings from AB Linn, but he's no longer selling m-37 parts. The other parts are standard Timkin parts. A little expensive, but easy to find. Last, you need the rebuild "kit", which includes the gaskets and shims. I also got this from AB Linn, but again, you'll probably have to go elswhere. You have to pull the steering knuckles (spindles)and axles, so unless your frontend is in better cond. than mine, you'll end up rebuilding all of it (wheel bearings, axle bushings, oil seals). And while you've got the axles out, pull the front diff and look at the ring & pinion. As usuall, It's never simple, there's always something that needs fixing you didn't plan on....good luck!
