About a year ago I bought a 52 Fargo Power Wagon from a
farmer who had been using it as a grain truck. It had been stored
inside a barn for the last 35 years and only used twice a year. The
truck was rust free and only had a few dents in the cab, everthing
works. I had planned on getting it painted over the winter and the
glass done. About a month ago I decided that time was running out
and money was a little tight for a $2,000.00 paint job.
So I went out and purchased 2 quarts of Trenclad Fire Red
paint, 1 can of Gloss black and a couple of paint rollers. The
truck had been painted by brush about 15 years ago so I did some
sanding and spent a weekend painting. The seat was redone this
winter so I also painted the interior. Total cost of the job
including the deck rails was about $100.00. I got pictures
back a while ago, I had them scanned and put them up on my
page at:http://www3.sk.sympatico.ca/uhld/page2.htm
