Yes!!! take out those lift blocks!! I knew a couple guys who died in a truck with lift blocks in the front. They were going down the freeway one day when the extra leverage the blocks put on the U bolts caused them to snap. Maybe it was during hard braking or a bump who knows? They didn't live to tell about it. I have never seen blocks in the front of a stock truck nor would I recomend it. Spend the money on some springs, you will have a better ride and most of all safety. Your truck is probably leaning due to a worn out spring. Sometimes new springs are a little off. So don't worry too much about a bent frame. If your worried about it switch springs, left to right and vica versa. If the truck leans the other direction it's your springs.
