Power Wagon wheels are split ring type wheels, though a lot of people call them "split rims". There is no need to be scared of them; but get educated about the way they work, and know and follow appropriate safety procedures. The best way to deal with them is to find a TRUCK tire shop that works with big rigs, and pay them to break down and remount your tires. They will have the necessary tools to do the job more easily and safely than most hobbyists. And, it will save your back, and other parts; these things are heavy. Good luck.
