This is not a WC 53. This is a 1/2 ton Carryall that was built in 41. I can not remember the WC number. Yes they are different. Lots of differnces in the driveline and axles. The frame is lighter weight The fenders are different. The body has a lot of diffrences such as the spare tire location the body height different radiator and cowl and hood.
It is generally a lighter weight truck it drives a little smoother.
