Doesn't the standard military 3-lever switch control the dash lights? Most of the military vehicle parts dealers stock them, new or used. Also, so long as the levers aren't physically broken (as often happens one some gorilla doesn't know how to work the lock lever), it's not too hard to open the switch up and clean the contacts, make the spring springier, otherwise repair whatever's wrong inside of it.
