My "good" truck blew up a year ago easter. Since then I've begged two trucks off of my grandmother. One running that my mom is now driving the other being a Ford (enough said already) doesn't run right unless its floored so I'm not going to drive something that just goes dead. Anyways got a job and made a little money and bought my old Cherokee back cheap cause the slave cylinder was out(is inside the bellhousing). So I spend the 100 and whatever dollars to get the part and drop the tranny and fix it. So I'm driving yesterday and the cluctch rod comes out of the back of the mastercylinder. I stop and put it back in but didn't have any snapring pliers to fix it right so I just keep driving. The clutch starts clicking and whining when the pedal is pushed which was my fault but then the motor starts reving up like the gas is stuck but it isn't. I hate EFI and if I can help it i'm never buying anything else with it on it. But on the motor my cousin took it in to get the rear seal replaced because it was leaking massive amounts of oil. So when they fixed it they didn't put water back in it so she drove it hot and warped the head. So they ended up having to rebuild the motor on there dime. So i can imagine the quality of that job. They broke the AC comporessor, something with the fuel injection, the clutch (I had just fixed the same thing before it went in the shop), and other stuff I didn't notice I'm sure. Of course she took it to Midas to do major mechanical work (not that major but when I think of Midas I think of Brakes) I would have known better oh well. Well I guess I should have know better than buying it in the first place. Guess thats just a $700 lesson learned. So now I am out a car. I'm getting graduation money now and I'm making pretty good money working and then my mom is giving me all the money she make teaching summer school as a graduation present so basicly the end of august i should have about $3000 to do something with. But I guess I'll be driving that 88' Yota till then.

Dodge content....If anyone has a Dodge truck (or anything else interesting I like F350 duallies) in the $3000 range in the south east texas mid west or somewhere close keep me in mind.

Sorry for wasting the bandwidth.
