dual tires require a fair amount of space
between them
you should be able to slide your hand between
the tires with 9.00 section width tires
from the looks of the photo (and not knowing the size of the tires on the wheels) one could probably machine a spacer ring that
whould fit between the mounting faces and would move the outside wheel far enough out for the correct spacing - might also require longer studs be installed in the hubs
