Axle track widths

Does anyone know the difference in axle widths (really 'track' widths) of the Chrysler R-375(WM300 front) and Chrysler R-65(WM300 rear) verses a Dana 44 or 60 ? I've got some pretty funky axles that need complete rebuilding and in addition would like to go 4.10's not 4.89's and front discs.I am sure this is not an origional idea as I see Jonas eyin'up some IH stuff. Can Dana's be swapped in? thanks, Mike
