The 243 Mitsi. diesel trucks were all built to go to Austraila on a 3 year contract but for some reason they turned them down. I have 4 of the engines now. I really like them. I had one in a '79 w200 cc lb pw 4spd w/4:10 gears in a dana 44 front and a dana 60 rear that got 21mpg. The only problem that they have is not much power. I have one now that I have a turbo on that I will be trying out in the near future. I have an all Mopar salvage yard in Missouri and get one of these once in awhile.
