The tan/black flat fender that sold in less than 1 day is back on e-bay. It isnt mine, though I have seen the truck.
Here were my observations: The paint looks pretty good, though there is some surface rust, especially in the bed where water has collected under some rubber bed pads. The glass is intact, though the drivers side window has some staining (plexi?). The flywheel is exposed, as the underside housing is partially missing. I would think road debris could be a big problem here. The parking brake is non-fuctional. Several lights didnt operate. The tires were good, but showed some cracking. The exhaust nearest the engine has a leak. Its old and need replaced. The vehicle is leaking differential oil in the front. The salesperson suggested that the truck needs u-joints. As you know, there are many
non-original parts. On the positive side, I drove the truck around the lot and it runs very well. It steered straight and stopped OK, though it had less breaking strength than others I have driven. The body has no rust through. The winch works too. Overall, for the proper price it would be a good truck. I guess "proper" is up to interpretation, huh? Thanks...
