parting out 59 Dodge D100 and need engine ID?

I am parting out a 59 Dodge D100 pickup, complete less engine which I am keeping for my use. It has pretty good bed, rear fenders, excellent stainless hood strips, chrome and painted grilles, headlight surrounds, dash etc. etc. etc. Offering it here before the Ebay experience.

Also the engine number appears to be either M23-28873 or 1123-28873. Anybody familiar with this year flathead and can fill me in on what I've got?
