1. Grab the yoke and move it from side to side to check for bearing play. If you have play, you'll need to adjust bearings before you can stop the leak which means a tear down of the TC
2. Do you have oil on the back side of the yoke and drum? If no oil on back side, then oil is coming out between splines and washer on front side. If coming out front side, take the nut and flat washer off and clean area then use silicone seal under flat washer to seal leak
3. Remove the parking brake band and clean using solvent
