what's involved?: transfer case rear seal leaks

'64 w200 crew-flat, braden 1:1.95 case model FTD7 , : had to park on hill, oil onto hand-brake, no brake. What is involved? Is it as easy as discon driveline, brake bracket, yoke, pry seal? I am worried at what getting the yoke off may take. Anyone done this?
