They Need to Start working with a mentor
or Journeyman (apprenticeship program)
so the get the basics and learn the discipline it takes to do things the correct way. Over the years with all the corporate UNION bashing some apprenticeship programs have been lost.
instead the young mechanics to be go to some trade schools and then are thrown to the wolves so to speak.
those of use who learned from journeymen are the fortunate ones and we still all remember the mistakes we made and the backside chewing we got from our mentor.
