Sounds like u have a too short throw out bearing or a mismatched or damaged thb arm, did you keep the old clutch and bearing to compare the height of them and there type, if ya out of thread think points to mismatch or damage arm to me.IMHO!!!Get a new tob arm and mount and a bearing and place them side by side down at parts counter and get some specs to compare with ya oldstuff if ya still got it in gargae laying round!
