You'll get them here in the UK if you aren't wearing it, front or back, and they are useful. About $50 equivalent I think.
We've just decided it's illegal to use a handheld mobile phone while driving here too, and the local Police are getting tough on that. Considering the crowded state of our roads and the idiots you see steering all over then while gabbling into their picture-phones I'm all for it.
Obligatory Dodge content, none of mine have belts, or phone charging sockets either come to think of it 8~)
