The only free advice I offer (and worth every penny) is to call Chrysler Corp to:
1 Get a refund out of the owners at the dealership, and
2 Get the correct info for your truck. They will give you any info you need, by looking up the assembly line records, if you give them the VIN.
Let the owner of the dealership know of the situation, and threaten, er... (nicely hint)... that you will be writing to Chrysler and the local paper with a report of your experience with his shop. It's also nice to include a copy to the local Consumer Affairs office, if you have one in your county. Threats, even idle ones, have a wonderful therapeutic effect on those afflicted with limited intelligence and co-operation.
