Yes, they look pretty rough, but at least the scrap guy is decent enough to offer them for a reasonable price before giving them the blue wrench. I expect at today's scrap prices, lots of PWs in less bad condition than these are on their way to China. If they really are as described, I'm sure it'd be worth somebody's time take whatever parts they need and part out what's left.
