Both of those manifolds are single plane, the Wieand is aluminum, that's about it for the difference. You get a tad better performance from the Wieand, it is the only aftermarket intake made. There are very rare dual quads and three two barrel intakes. For more low end power use a 1" spacer with the Wieand manifold at the carb base.
