Those thing are a dream to drive and so easy to work on. We had a 60 C-500 & a 72 C-600. They were the same capacity trucks, but different numbers caused Dodge followed f&%d &chevy with their numbering so you could compare apples to apples. If you notice the door handle changed from a refrigerator in 72 to a lowered push button in 73.
