I went to this same place for a similar sale two years ago. These trucks are usually trucks that the govt gave to rural towns and townships for fire,snow, and civil defense work and now the citys and town have no need for them and have to turn them back to the govt to be auctioned off. The trucks never run and are always missing major parts but it does give you a chance to find something parts wise you might need. You can only view the trucks one day before the sale and on the morning before the sale. They are also very strict as to being promptly removed on their time schedule to get the trucks off the property. I'm leaving tomorrow to go crappie fishing for the next few days and hope to be there on sale day to see exactly what is offered as for as the trucks conditions. I never have won any bid that I placed as it seemed local junk dealers would always run the price up. Good luck on the W500 maybe will meet up there!!
