Hi All,

I installed a Helitool kit in my PW to put the Master cylinder on the firewall. As suggested, I used the recommended master cylinder (1 5/16" bore) and booster. The pushrod appears to be the right length.

The problem I am having is with bleeding the system. I am able to bleed the back brakes, but I get nothing when I try to bleed the front brakes. I have no proportioning valves or metering valves. The master cylinder is for a 1980 Chevy, which I assume used drums in the rear and disks up front. Is that the problem?

I have bench bled the master cylinder and it appears fine. I have filled the front lines and wheel cylinders, so I feel they should not take much to bleed.

Please give me your advice. I finally have my truck ready for a test drive and I cant get it to STOP!! Help.
