I would've sold my '74 Scout II already, but I have a York a/c compressor modified as an on-board air compressor that I just can't part with. There's not enough room under the hood of my Scout 80/800/II rock crawler to mount this system, or I'd have swapped it over a long time ago. They are so handy, you won't believe you could get by without it after having one. The York compressors are the best to use. Rotary compressors won't oil properly and burn out quickly. I don't know how the Borg Warner units work, but it appears to be similar to the York. units.
