Question: in what room of your house did you take the photo? I see a toilet under the counter, a bed along the wall, a coat rack in the background, what appears to be a drafting table with rolled up prints on it, and some kind of lacy lamp thingy. What gives?
If you have any doubts about getting your truck finished in time to bring it to the Iowa Rally, don't worry, bring it anyway. Some of the most interesting trucks we have had over the years have been restorations in progress. Two of those that come immediately to mind were Bill Heberle's flatbed and Bob Jones's famous 1/2-ton command car. His truck was only a rolling chassis, engine, radiator, and steering wheel the first year he brought it. It is fun to see trucks change each year.
