Are you asking about a full storage cover?
There are many manufactorers who advertise in car and truck magazines. If the premade covers for large pickups will not fit - or fit to your satisfaction, I would guess there are some manufacturers in listed in Hemmings Motor News that will make one to your measurements.
As an alternative, you can modify a store bought, "near fit" cover at your local boat top shop. You might even have one custom made. Boat top/cover material is very weather resistant and comes in many colors.
If you are asking about a bed cover to have in place while driving, I doubt anyone manufactures a "hard" cover that will fit. Most "soft" covers are made to fit later model trucks. Again, your local boat top shop is the place to go.
