Russ, the pump for the 315 would be the same for either hemi or poly, as the heads are the variable here. The 318 water pump will not fit as these are an entirely different engine series. 318 A and LA would fit between each other, but not with the 315. Waterpump from 325 car engines should work also, as it's just an overbored 315. Hope this helps, Paul H
