This looks more like an LA 318, a later motor.

As for your real question, value, it is hard to say, $1,000-$2,000 seems to be the going rate for a good runner W200, with some wrong parts. Rust, damage, etc will lower that.

I see trucks like this sell for $500, to $3,000, I have even seen a couple $50-$100 field finds. It all depends on where you are, and what the buyers are willing to spend.

Try Norm's forum, they deal much more in these, and may be able to give you a better idea of value.
