Joe, 122" wheelbase is the 8' bed, early style Sweptline (four headlights) narrow tailgate. Does it have a large or small rear window?
Value depends upon the amount of rust and general overall condition of the truck and body. I've seen these trucks go from anywhere around $1,500 to $10,000.
