Late WC axle housings had the tube-type shock mount welded to the front right lower U-bolt plate. If you have a late WC, you just have to acquire the bolt-on brackets off a Power Wagon. If you have an early WC, you might consider swaping to a Power Wagon or late WC axle housing.
I have a complet set of M37 shocks and mounts for sale. I haven't examined them to see how easy they would be to adapt to a WC, but I have two chassis sitting side by side, so it is something I can figure out when I get time.
