You would need the axle plates, probably clips (U-bolts) and frame brackets from a PW or M37. Take PW/M37 measurements for proper location of mounting frame brackets. You'll also have to note any difference in distance from axle plate shock bolt to frame bracket shock bolt for determining proper length of shock needed.
