For what it seems you want to use that pump for I would clean it up sell it on EBay for around 500.00 to 700.00 and buy a new 5.5 HP Northern Tool Pump for around 350.00 to 400.00 and it will do the job just fine. The Booster Hose Reel only needs about 75 psi to work for you and these pumps are designed for high presure hose lays or very high head presure use. The picture on this post is using a 5.5 HP Pump that put out about 125 GPM @ 75 PSI and going thru a 125 GPM Nozzle out around 75-80 ft. Not sure what size tank you have on the trailer but if you had a 300 gal tank at that rate it would only last about 2 1/2 minuites of use! You could make your water go further with the smaller pump and still have lots of water spray if you needed it. The new pump will be more dependable in a Fire also when you realy need it to work. That Model was replaced by Hale and there is not much information on it anywhere and parts would be hard to get plus $$$ if it quits on you. Sell it while it still runs to someone setting up a Older Fire Truck for show use. You will be better off. Mark H.
