As it has been pointed out, most everything outside to inside the 38-47 Dodge 2wd truck cab will fit the 46-68 FFPW except there was a change in the gauges location in the later FFPWs. Heaters,handles,and such may have had some slight changes but, in appearance, only someone who knows the diff. could tell.
