Norm - from whom i got the 48 put a hemi
in (think it was his 354) took it right back
out after he snapped axles (both front and
rear) and twisted the rear driveline.
this was with 900x16 NDTs - just too much
torque for offroad work use (might be ok for
road driving with no real (bed loaded) off road work)
the little 230 6 works fine
have a 55 red ram 271 for sale
