Building head on the pump requires HP and your Jets may be dirty in the carb not allowing enought fuel to feed the engine. Pull the carb and clean it too. Your power Jet might be dirty or cloged a little. Just running with out presure is not hard to do. This is my Hale 55 HP P250 Mod 1 Pump spraying. Mark H.
