I do know that. I am justing telling you what the local paint jobbers said. No modern paint formulas for 40028. How they arrived at the formula at ACL I have no idea. Maybe that was figured into the premiem price on the paint. Maybe they used the old paint chips and matched it???? If you ask for the formula from ACL, they won't give it to you.
