If the transmission is stock, as build by Dodge, it will have a SAE PTO port. Having a actual PTO is questionable ? It might have a PTO for some other use, or it might have had a winch at one time and still have the PTO.......not a big issue. PTO's are available and just bolt to the SAE PTO port with gaskets acting as spacers to set gear mesh/engagement. If there is no PTO, you will need the PTO, Complete Drive Shaft with U Joints to connect to the winch input shaft.
