I don't think a lift pump mod would void the warranty, but I could be wrong. You should ask your dealer. Also ask them if a fuel pressure gauge will void the warranty as well. If you have a fuel pressure gauge, you can monitor it yourself and run to the dealer BEFORE bad things happen.
