Yea, PB Blaster is some really good stuff. Been using it for years. But most of the time when I have a valve, engine or machine that is froze up, I will use straight brake fluid to loosen it up. Also Diesel Fuel works very well, and Automatic trans fluid works good. I know an elderly gentleman who keeps a bottle of Brake fluid, Diesel and ATF mixed as his penatrating oil and he has done some amazing stuff with it. Good luck breaking them valves loose!
