Maybe I should have tried for that record? I pulled the motor out, rebuilt it and reinstalled it and then he drove for 50,000 miles! Deduct time for parts running, 1.5 hours, deduct 2.5 helpers, and I would have been done in about 40 minutes, ha!ha!
Actually there used to be VW engine competitions out here is SoCal that had teams that could, pull the motor and reinstall in under 2 minutes, so I guess Guinness was wittness to that.
