There is a good manual out there some like "The complete book for Dummy's to keep you VW alive" or something like that.
A lot of fun reading. The best little story in the book goes. For starting warm up proceedure is to role yourself a "smoke" and when your done put it in gear and drive. This book was writen in the 60's.
I always wanted to take a VW van motor/trans and drop it in a bug.
