Yep, I did it. Taint easy. Email me and I will let you in on the details if your curious. First thing you need to do is figure out what you want to do with the truck. There's pros and cons to going from the flat head to a V-8 and there's other mods that can be done to improve the truck and keep the flat head, (I've done that too). Then of course there is benifits in just keeping them original, (got one of them also).
