If I wanted to I could give him 24 hours & notify police it was abandend on the place then have it picked up by the local wrecking yard and they would keep it for a set time limint re/sell it and give a new title to the new owner who bought it at auction. But I would feel bad seeing it happen that way and hope it does not come down to that. I will be checking my options tomorrow with the local police also. Mark H.
