Life is funny. I came into possession of a manuscript. All hand typed, of the life of Whistler, the guy who painted the famous picture of his mother. The lead page had a name and address. I sent a certified letter to the address and the letter came back saying no such person there. The "book" has been sitting in my closet ever since. The point to the story, if you send a cerified letter notifying him that you are charging rent of $20 per day until the truck is picked up or resold after 60 days, at least you would have some proof of notification. Then sell the truck again after 60 days.
Just a thought. Certified mail will at least give you proof that someone signed and acknoleged the letter.
