57-60 W200s did come as dual rear wheeled trucks, though I have not seen very many.
Most W200s that I find seem to be single rear wheel.
The ones that did come as dual wheel could have been any number of body styles, cab chassis, flatbed, stake, etc.
I have never seen a factory dual wheel 57-60 W100, though I have seen some that were made duals later.
